  • Excellent communication skills: You interact easily with a diverse clientele and ensure clear communication.
  • Professionalism and impeccable presentation: You wear the uniform with pride and respect the company's dress code standards.
  • Flexibility and availability: You are available to work according to a variable schedule (morning, evening, weekends, holidays).
  • Regulatory compliance: You understand and comply with strict industry policies and regulations.
  • Quality service: Serving snacks, meals, and beverages in-flight including spirits and alcoholic beverages.

  • Punctuality and reliability to support the overall success of the team in a fast-paced environment;
  • Candidates must be able to work shifts in a continuously operating environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
  • To ensure you can obtain the security clearance required by Transport Canada, we will conduct a criminal background check on all candidates;
  • Flight attendants perform safety-sensitive tasks, and candidates for this position must meet Air Canada's medical requirements to be eligible. Candidates will be subject to a medical evaluation, including drug and alcohol screening, and must not be under the influence of intoxicating substances;
