Job summary

A&W in Winchester, Ontario is seeking a Shift Supervisor to coordinate a team of crew members and deliver outstanding guest experiences on every visit. You will lead by example, ensuring friendly, caring service while meeting brand operating standards and driving shift-level financial results.

The ideal candidate will excel in mentoring teammates, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining high standards of guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Have proven exceptional guest service skills and the ability to rally a team to deliver this to every guest.
• Mentor staff in learning and prepare food to standard recipes or customized for guests.
• Embrace change and lead teams to implement new innovations from A&W.
• Ability to work with a variety of people and show initiative, good judgement, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the shift to ensure excellent guest experiences and exceed expectations.
• Lead and support the team in caring for guests first, creating loyalty to the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with A&W operating standards and contribute to financial results on the shift.
