Job summary

A community employment service in Ontario seeks a Personal Support Worker Float to provide in-home support and care for clients of all ages. The ideal candidate must have a PSW Certificate and experience in community service delivery. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, a competitive wage of $25.28 to $29.31 hourly, and benefits including a pension plan and generous vacation time. Qualifications

• One-year PSW Certificate required.
• Two years experience in in-home personal care or community service.
• Willingness to complete Personal Support Worker Certificate training.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home support and personal care to clients.
• Collaborate with Health & Wellness staff for client support.
• Assist with activities of daily living and caregiver relief.

Skills

Experience in in-home personal care

Standard First Aid and CPR Certificate

Ability to work with clients of all ages

Flexibility in working hours

Education

PSW Certificate

Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
