Suffolk GP Federation is recruiting for Driver/Receptionist roles to support the Out of Hours service. You will drive clinicians to visits, manage vehicle readiness, and handle front-desk tasks at our bases across Suffolk.

Successful candidates will have a clean UK driving licence, be comfortable with IT systems like SharePoint and our patient system, and work in a supportive, safety-focused environment with ongoing training and development.

Formación

• Full, clean UK driving licence with minimum three years’ experience
• Proficient in admin tasks and IT; comfortable with new systems
• Able to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively

Responsabilidades

• Drive clinicians to/from patient home visits and communicate delays
• Prepare vehicle, load supplies, perform internal/external checks
• Reception duties at bases: arrive patients, print letters, record interactions, stock control
• Support patients, carers and staff; act as chaperone when needed
• Follow protocols and complete required health, safety and governance training
