Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Ability to deliver care in person and via telehealth.
- Strong communication and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to person-centred care and critical thinking.
Responsibilities
- Assess and implement SLP interventions in home-based settings.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Support restorative and cognitive communication pathways.
- Utilize digital health platforms for care delivery, documentation and intervention.
