Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Finance Planning & Performance Manager to partner with Canada cross‑functional/leadership teams, shaping commercial decisions and growth strategies. You will manage financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics across Sales, Marketing, and Finance, driving profitability and control.

You will lead monthly forecasts, annual plans, and develop AI-enabled solutions to automate processes, with broad exposure across the business and opportunities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or equivalent roles, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong forecasting, financial modelling and performance analytics skills.
• Able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and own end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Analyst, setting priorities and coaching.
• Lead retailer assessments and recommendations for commercial decisions and profit initiatives.
• Oversee monthly forecast cycle and communicate key drivers, risks and actions.
• Lead annual business planning and multi-year planning translating growth drivers into an integrated plan.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to drive revenue growth and profit.
• Own and improve Canada tools and reporting, KPI scorecards and data controls.
• Maintain governance and data integrity across reporting tools.
• Leverage AI tools for automation and continuous improvement.
