Job summary

General Mills Canada Corporation in Mississauga is seeking a Finance Manager, Sales to lead the financial management and partnership for a Customer Team. You will own holistic P&L performance, guide forecasting, and drive profitable growth through strategic trade investments and retailer collaboration.

Reporting to the Finance Director, Sales & Market Strategy, you will coach analysts, influence senior leaders, and ensure strong controls and timely decision making in a fast-paced consumer goods

Qualifications

• A university degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in CPG.
• Strong partnering with Sales teams and external facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Monthly Business Reviews and financial forecast discussions.
• Oversee P&L and drive sustainable profitable growth and trade investments.
• Partner with Sales teams to influence the direction of the business.
• Coach and develop direct reports and align cross-functional teams.
