Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a package handler in the Montreal area to load, unload, ship, receive, scan, sort and stock packages. The role may use heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment.

Starting hourly rate is $18.00/h with a maximum of $25.81/h during probation and progression, approximately 3 hours per day. Tuition reimbursement is available up to $3000, with conditions that may apply and accommodations available on request.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

Description:

• Starting hourly rate: $ 18,00/h*
• Maximum rate: $ 25.81/h (probation + 48 month progression)
• Approximately 3 hours per day
• Tuition reimbursement (up to $3000)*conditions may apply

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Warehouse experience - Preferred
• communication language needs: French 90% / English 10%

Shift: All Flexible - Mon to Thurs: 17:30 to 22:00 & Fri: 17:00 to 22:30
