Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking casual courier positions in the Waterloo region. The role involves providing courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route, checking shipments for service standards, and maintaining a neat, professional image.

You will operate tracking systems, follow safety guidelines, and look for additional business opportunities with existing customers, reporting leads to the sales team. Open availability and a Full G license are required; pay is $23.28/hr.

• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous pickup and delivery on assigned route.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems ensuring input of correct information.
• Adhere to Courier Best Practices, loading/unloading and route planning for efficiency.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads.
• Ensure paperwork is neat and accurate and that customers have shipping materials.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with safety regulations.
