Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring Casual Courier positions in the Cambridge area. You will provide courteous pickup and delivery on an assigned route, verify shipments for service standards, and support customer service while representing FedEx professionally.

Requirements include high school diploma, valid driver’s license with a clean record, ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with equipment, and one year of customer-facing experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and ensure proper labeling and neat paperwork.
• Operate computerized tracking and dispatch systems and input correct information.
• Answer customer questions about FedEx Canada's services and international requirements.
• Load/unload aircraft or containers as workload dictates.
• Seek additional business from current customers and inform sales of leads and market changes.
• Maintain safe driving and comply with government regulations and company procedures.
