Job summary

The role emphasizes building relationships with rental yards, keeping equipment ready through timely servicing, and reporting on KPIs such as Utilization, ROI, and Availability.

• Ability to manage branch pricing and data accuracy.
• Strong communication with internal teams and external yards.

Responsibilities

• Maximize fleet utilization and coordinate unit reservations.
• Coordinate fleet movement between branches and maintain database accuracy.
• Keep equipment ready by coordinating servicing within budget.
• Build relationships with external rental yards in the lower mainland.
• Oversee check-in/out processes and ensure damages are identified and collected.
