Job summary

Airbus in Mirabel, QC, invites a Project Manager and Predictive Maintenance expert to join the In-Service Engineering team. You will manage fleet performance models and lead predictive maintenance initiatives for the A220 program, spanning hydro-mechanical, propulsion, avionics and electrical systems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decisions, and occasional travel. A formal engineering degree or AME license is required, with at least five years in related airline

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or AME license or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Support or airline operations.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems.
• Experience with reliability analysis or health monitoring systems.
• Strong judgment, time management and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define opportunities for predictive maintenance addressing in-service issues.
• Create or modify Health Management Unit reports for flight data.
• Work on IT data platform and analyze time-series data for predictions.
• Collaborate with engineering to develop a new predictive maintenance algorithm.
• Validate the effectiveness of the predictive algorithm.
• Prepare technical reports and user guides for the algorithm.
• Support users and the Customer Response Center with questions.
• Travel occasionally to operator and vendor facilities as required.
