Job summary

Sunbury Transport Limited, a leader in intermodal and cross-border shipments, seeks a proactive professional to join our team in Canada. You will provide customer service across locations, coordinate and dispatch loads, and oversee fleet productivity while ensuring compliance with Hours of Service and safety standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years' experience, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of TMW and transportation industry experience are assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5 years of experience recommended.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Transportation industry would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to each customer/location;
• Coordinate, confirm and dispatch all loads;
• Manage productivity of the fleet, ensuring miles and revenue align with Owner/Operator and Driver levels while observing Hours of Service;
• Efficiently manage maintenance program;
• Enter system information accurately to assist payroll and billing;
• Professionally handle issues raised by Owner/Operators and Drivers;
• Manage availability of Owner/Operators and equipment to maximize utilization and exceed customer expectations;
• Promote and support safety initiatives in all activities.
