Job summary

Sunbury Transport is seeking a dispatch coordinator to manage relationships with customers and drivers, plan loads, and ensure smooth dispatch operations. The role requires strong communication and the ability to balance efficiency with customer satisfaction.

You will serve as the main contact for customers, plan and schedule loads, dispatch professional drivers and owner-operators, and monitor progress to resolve issues promptly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires a post-secondary education in logistics or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or dispatch operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; bilingual FR/EN is a plus.
