• You have planned or dispatched for a fleet and can think in terms of the truck's whole week.
• You can hold a plan in your head across regions and adjust it when the day changes.
• You are numbers-driven — empty miles, revenue per truck per day, utilization.
• Cross-border experience is a strong advantage.
• You can work with dispatchers and earn trust in the plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan the fleet for the whole week for every truck.
• Match capacity across desks and coordinate moves that others cannot see.
• Reduce empty miles and deadhead between regions with measurable results.
• Pre‑plan the next move before a truck delivers.
• Flag where capacity is short or long early for sales actions.
