VistaCare Communications Services of Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time Traffic Control Person (TCP)/Flagger/Labourer to direct traffic and support line/splicing crews on telecom network construction projects in Halifax, NS.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, outdoor work, and coordination with field teams to maintain smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have traffic control certification or willingness to obtain it, a valid driver’s license, and a readiness to work rotating shifts plus

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Possess or be willing to obtain Airbrakes endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Directing traffic to ensure safe and efficient flow.
• Setting up and maintaining traffic control devices.
• Implementing detours and lane closures as needed.
