Laurentian Bank Securities is seeking a diligent Analyst for the Middle Office to support traders and sales in fixed income and related divisions. You will collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Finance, contributing to daily oversight and process improvements.

The role emphasizes data integrity, securities inventory management, and timely reconciliation, with a strong focus on supporting trades, settlements, and regulatory reporting in a dynamic Canadian environment.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in middle or back office operations with an excellent understanding of fixed income & equity products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and VBA is a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide reports for internal teams and external bodies.
• Maintain and update securities data files and references.
• Reconcile and manage daily P&L and settlements; support straight-through processing.
