Wesko Locks, part of the ASSA ABLOY Group, seeks an experienced Firmware Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for our electronic locking products in Mississauga, Ontario.
Based on-site, you will work with hardware and engineering teams to ensure reliable firmware, implement I2C/SPI/UART, BLE and Wi‑Fi, and support product validation, documentation, and production readiness.

We are seeking an experienced Firmware to design, develop, test, and maintain embedded firmware for Wesko Locks’ electronic products. This role will help ensure that our firmware is reliable, performs effectively, integrates with hardware designs, and supports product functionality, connectivity, and user experience.
This position reports to the Director of Engineering and is based on-site in Mississauga, Ontario.
This posting is to fill a vacant role. Compensation for this role is $100,000-$125,000 per year (based on experience). We may use technology-assisted or automated tools to support parts of the recruitment process; all hiring decisions are made by our team.
