Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience reading blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs schematics and manuals.
  • Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and perform physical labor.
  • Willing to work weekends to meet customer requirements.
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Valid driver’s license (Full G) and clean driving record.
  • CFAA Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections, testing, service, and preventive maintenance on Fire Alarm and life safety systems.
  • Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding via laptop or paper.
  • Maintain a structured inspection schedule and archive documents.
  • Make repairs with minimal supervision and provide technical training to others.
  • Ensure assigned inspections are completed on time.
