Clutch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager (Financial Services) to drive strategic projects and scale the business across Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales. You will build business cases, conduct analyses, and translate problems into actionable solutions while partnering with external lenders and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, product, fintech, financial services, or a high-performing startup environment.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to solve complex business problems.
• Proven ability to independently own projects from problem definition through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across Financial Services, from identifying opportunities through analysis, execution, and measurement.
• Help identify and execute opportunities to grow our financing and insurance business and expand the number of customers we can serve.
• Build business cases, analyses, reports, and recommendations independently to drive decision-making.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Sales to improve our product offering and customer journey.
• Translate business problems into actionable solutions, whether that means digging into data, building a mockup, or helping define a new product or process.
• Move quickly from identifying a problem to testing and implementing solutions.
