Job summary

Frank Building Supplies & Sales Ltd is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our Ottawa installation team. This role focuses on high-quality interior finish carpentry on residential sites and high-rise projects.

You will install interior doors, moldings, casing, and trim to exact specifications, complete back-finish work, and deliver professional results across active sites while upholding safety and craftsmanship standards.

Qualifications

• Proven finish carpentry experience including interior doors, trim and mouldings, hardware installations.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew on construction sites and high rises.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our installation team. This role focuses exclusively on high-quality interior finish carpentry on residential construction sites and high-rise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install interior doors, mouldings, casing, and trim to precise client specifications.
• Complete back-finish work, including hardware and shoe moulding installation.
• Deliver accurate, clean, and professional results on active job sites and high-rise buildings.
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, job-site cleanliness, and safety at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in finish carpentry (interior doors, trim, mouldings, and hardware).
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's licence.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew on construction sites and high rises.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $28 - $35 per hour (based on experience).

Location:
