Job summary

Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. is seeking a Cook for Amica Dundas in a casual role. Under the Sous Chef, you will prepare daily meals from pre-determined menus, ensuring quality and presentation meet fine dining standards while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

You must have a Food Handling Certificate and a minimum of three years' progressive experience in diverse dining environments. Hotel fine dining experience and shift flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• You must have: Food Handling Certificate.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in a variety of dining environments.
• Previous Hotel experience in a fine dining property is preferred.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
