Job summary

Amica Dundas is seeking a part-time Dining Room Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents and guests. You will perform fine dining service with attention to detail, maintain white linen standards, and support the dining team in creating memorable meals.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, with opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and uphold Amica’s hospitality standards. Training and certification support may be provided where required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a fine dining property.
• Experience with white linen service.
• Strong service orientation with knowledge of all types of formal dining room service.
• Willing to obtain Smart Serve or Food Handler's Certificate if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining services to residents and guests, ensuring high-quality dining and service standards.
