Job summary

SECU seeks a Technical Transformation Specialist to drive adoption and integration of new technologies across business units, operations, and IT. The role focuses on optimizing processes, implementing solutions, and driving efficiency during system conversions to improve member experience, service delivery and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience with bank or credit union core systems.
• Experience with bank or credit union system conversions.
• Experience working with IT and Operations teams in the financial industry.
• High degree of written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, IT, and project managers to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives. Translate business needs into actionable plans and facilitate communication between non-technical and technical teams.
• Assist in providing guidance to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements with a focus on deposit accounts and operations processes. Develop and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiencies, streamline workflows, increase productivity, and enhance the overall employee and member experience.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technical transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Act as liaison between technical and operations teams to provide guidance on updating and developing new procedures based on technology changes.
