Qualifications

• Real estate secured lending/investment experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on high-level financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking options.
• Ask thoughtful financial questions to engage customers and deepen relationships.
• Provide personalized financial advice to increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Act as the frontline contact for staff handling customer problems.
• Ensure documents comply with regulations and reflect business intent.
• Collaborate with customers and team members for portfolio reviews and updates.
