Job summary

Conexus is seeking a Branch Manager for the 8th Street Saskatoon location to lead operations, coach staff, and deliver best-in-class member experiences.

You will develop a sales culture, ensure compliant financial services, and nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support members’ goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a people manager with team leadership.
• Experience in personal and small business banking is an asset.
• Strong sales management experience and ability to promote Conexus in the community.
• Ability to build relationships focused on delivering a great member experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Conexus member-facing applications.

We’re looking for a dynamic and business-minded individual to come on board as our Branch Manager to support our 8th Street location in Saskatoon. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically will play an essential role in leading your branch to provide and oversee the delivery of services to meet our members’ needs.

Salary Range

$86,060 - $126,140 with a 15% Short Term Incentive Target
