Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Financial Services Manager for the Mercedes-Benz Boundary dealership in Vancouver. The role focuses on securing financing and insurance solutions for clients, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting dealership profitability through optimized finance approvals and service to the sales team.

The position emphasizes commission-based earnings and collaboration with the Sales Management team to maximize outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous Business Office experience.
• Experience with One Eighty and ADP.
• Previous automotive experience is an asset.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Obtain finance approval from lending institutions for all finance deals.
• Coordinate secure financial sources for purchasing finance papers.
• Sell financial products and insurance offerings to clients.
• Review all paperwork for finance and cash deals to ensure accuracy, including titles, liens, taxes, and delivery documents.
• Handle all rate inquiries.
• Maintain records of finance and insurance files, and prepare and submit required claims.
• Interview clients for credit applications and present insurance options.
• Review manufacturer warranty coverage with clients.
• Upsell warranty options, including extended service contracts.
• Present and review additional protection products such as environmental protection, tire and rim warranty, etc.
• Prepare legal documentation for vehicle purchases, including Finance/Lease contracts, lien searches, and warranty certificates.
• Communicate relevant information to sales consultants and managers as needed.
• Work closely with the Sales Management team to maximize profitability on every sale.
• Train sales consultants on Finance Office products.
• Respond to post-delivery customer inquiries, including warranty questions and loan payout requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Position Overview

The Financial Services Manager at Mercedes-Benz Boundary plays akey role in supporting the dealership’s sales and finance operations. Reportingto the Sales Management team, this position is responsible for securingfinancing and insurance solutions for clients, ensuring the accuracy of allfinancial and legal documentation, and supporting overall dealershipprofitability.
