Job summary

MINI Oakville is hiring a Finance Manager to support customers with financing solutions and protection plans. You will coordinate with lenders, assist with credit applications, and ensure all deal files are properly completed for funding.

The role requires strong knowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes, plus the ability to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financing, insurance products, and sales processes.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and profitability goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• PBS and Symtech DAVE experience is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Present and sell protection plans and insurance products.
• Assist customers with credit applications and paperwork completion.
