Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Experience handling cash and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Promote and process available financial products and related services in line with company policies.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers meet their financial goals.
• Explain product features, terms, and required documentation clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records in required systems.
