Job summary

OpenRoad, one of Canada’s leading automotive groups, is seeking a Financial Services Associate at The BMW Store in Vancouver. The role involves processing sold vehicle documentation, maintaining reports, coordinating vehicle preparation, and delivering exceptional customer service within a collaborative sales team.

Responsibilities

• Process all documentation for sold vehicles at the dealership.
• Maintain and complete internal and supplier reports.

• Schedule deliveries in a prompt, timely manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service to guests.
• Respond to guest and client inquiries in person and by phone.
• Finalize all sold vehicle documentation and paperwork.

Status: Sales-Full-Time

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completing all documentations for sold vehicles in the dealership.
• Maintaining and completing internal and supplier reports.
• Coordinating sold vehicle preparation including accessories, chemical packages, and deliver clean ups.
• Ensuring vehicle deliveries are scheduled in a prompt and timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Responding to guest and client inquiries in person and on the telephone.
• Finalizing all sold vehicle documentation.
• Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to General Manager.
• This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.
