Required

As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors to provide personalized support to members and clients. Your responsibilities include assisting advisors in delivering services, maintaining business relationships, and taking charge of members' and clients' immediate needs by offering quick and simple solutions related to investment, financing, and protection, aligned with the action plan. You will use your interpersonal and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and service quality, in accordance with organizational standards and procedures. Additionally, you will support business development, assist members and clients with excellent customer service, and promote products and services based on their needs and current strategies.

Specific duties include:

• Handling client requests, performing research, and recommending solutions.
• Helping colleagues manage their schedules and emails.
• Attentively addressing members' and clients' needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Guiding members and clients in using their tools and channels effectively based on their preferences for independence and automation.
• Seizing business opportunities and participating in sales initiatives.
