The work arrangement for this position is full-time, on-site in Montréal.

Position Overview

As a client financial services agent, you work closely with advisors to provide personalized support to members and clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with services, maintaining business relationships, and offering solutions in investment, financing, and protection aligned with the action plan. You will use your interpersonal and communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and service quality according to organizational standards. Additionally, you will support business development, assist clients, create offers for routine transactions, and promote products and services tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle client requests, perform research, and recommend solutions.
2. Assist colleagues with managing their schedules and communications.
3. Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
4. Guide clients in using tools and channels based on their independence and automation preferences.
5. Participate in sales development and seize business opportunities.
