About The Role: As a Financial Services Account Associate – Senior, you will serve as a primary contact, liaison, and banking advocate to high-value customers, providing account maintenance and transaction processing support, resolving problems, and handling issues. You will also market financial products and services suitable to customers’ needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

  1. Provide excellent customer service as a telephonic concierge and primary contact for high-value customers.
  2. Address inquiries and perform account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts.
  3. Assist customers with payment investigations, maintenance requests, and fee reversals.
  4. Collaborate with internal and external clients and departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
  5. Follow up to close service tickets and escalated inquiries.
  6. Interface with clients to understand their needs and discuss solutions.
  7. Ensure service expectations are met and establish rapport with callers.
  8. Complete banking transactions and identify opportunities to market bank products.
  9. Maintain knowledge of products and services, including updates and new offerings.
  10. Market financial products and educate customers about offerings.
  11. Provide referrals to relationship managers for additional services.
  12. Participate in client loyalty and follow-up processes to address concerns.
  13. Participate in business reviews to understand client strategies and product offerings.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.
