What You Will Do

• Build exceptional customer sales experiences through in-person, phone, and email engagement
• Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer situations and matching them to suitable financial products
• Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals by building their credit
• Leverage cross-sales and add-on product opportunities
• Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products
• Review and evaluate loan applications through financial analysis and risk assessment
• Manage collections activities for overdue accounts
• Gather all necessary information to process customer applications accurately

Who You Are

• An excellent communicator, results-oriented, driven to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Compassionate and operate with integrity in every interaction
• Some experience in a customer-facing role
• Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit)
