Position: Financial Service Representative

You will be responsible for generating sales and managing overdue accounts by engaging directly with customers, helping them build their credit through monthly payments.

Responsibilities:

1. Build superior customer sales experiences by engaging customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
2. Show compassion and empathy, understanding customer needs and matching them to suitable financial products.
3. Educate and empower customers to achieve financial goals through credit building.
4. Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products.
5. Clearly communicate terms and conditions of financial products.
6. Review and evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and risk assessments.
7. Manage collections activities for overdue accounts.
8. Secure all necessary information for customer applications with attention to detail.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communicator, results-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
• Compassionate, with integrity in every interaction—deeply caring for customers.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal, employment, credit).
