Job summary

RBC seeks an Associate to provide proactive sales support and responsive client contact for a team of Financial Planners. You will work with partners across the organization to meet client needs, strengthening relationships and making it easier for clients to do business with RBC.

You will support multiple branches in the Vancouver area and contribute to a differentiated client experience, including digital enablement and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada, Canadian Securities Course).
• Bilingual Cantonese or Mandarin language skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive sales support and client service for Financial Planners.
• Identify client needs, make referrals, and expand client relationships.
• Prepare for client meetings and support credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions.
• Educate clients digitally and maintain up-to-date digital capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage operational risk.
