Job summary

Royal Bank of Canada in Winnipeg is seeking an Associate to provide proactive sales support and responsive client contact for a team of Financial Planners. You will help identify client needs, prepare for meetings, and support credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions.

You will collaborate across the organization to strengthen client relationships, expand profitable connections, and contribute to the team’s annual sales plan, while staying mobile within the Winnipeg market.

Qualifications

• Strong client engagement and service mindset.
• Experience supporting financial planners or advisors is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate across teams to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive sales support to a team of Financial Planners.
• Assist with client meetings, referrals, and meeting the annual sales plan.
• Support fulfilment of credit, investments, and everyday banking solutions.
• Act as a Digital Ambassador, building digital proficiency for clients and team.
