Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and compile new business quotes and renewals.
  • Business Development : prospect, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and introduce suitable products and services.
  • Provide high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and integrity-driven interactions.
  • Engage in Digital Wealth Management including Insurance, Investments, and Mortgages.
  • Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and make presentations.
  • LLQP certification or willingness to obtain.
