GroupQuest, a division of People Corporation, seeks a Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes to join our team in Canada. You will provide quotes, marketing support, and prepare client-ready materials while coordinating with Account Executives and brokers to drive growth for groups up to 50 lives.

The role requires 2+ years in the group benefits space, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.
• Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications
• Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier Underwriters
• Prepare client ready reports and documents
• Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans
• Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner
• Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers
• Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated

The Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes Will

• Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.
• Coordinate with Account Executives for direction and broker communications

The base salary for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000 annually.

This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
