GroupQuest, a division of People Corporation, is seeking a Financial Analyst, Marketing & Quotes to join our team. The role focuses on new business, client relationship management, and driving growth within a supportive group benefits environment.

You will provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives, coordinate with Account Executives, prepare client-ready reports and proposals, and ensure accurate data updates in our database. A bilingual plus is an asset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the group benefits industry.
• 2+ years working client-focused with commitment for service excellence.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quote/marketing support for groups up to 50 lives.

• Collect, organize, and prepare client information for presentation to insurance carrier Underwriters
• Prepare client ready reports and documents
• Prepare proposals and alternatives to traditional and non-traditional employee benefits plans
• Follow up with insurance carriers to ensure groups are being quoted properly and in a timely manner
• Process sale documents for submission to insurance carriers
• Ensure database is promptly and accurately updated

The base salary for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
