Job summary

Vaco/Highspring is seeking an FP&A/Financial Analyst in the Greater Toronto Area to support management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

You will build financial models, perform bonus calculations, automate processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations and other departments. Requires 2+ years FP&A experience and strong Excel; Planning Maestro or similar FP&A platform experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A / Financial Analyst experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables and v-lookups).
• Experience with management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and financial modelling.
• Planning Maestro or other FP&A platform experience.
• Strong communication skills.
