Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting for a 12-month contract in Mississauga. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, performing variance analysis, and delivering monthly to annual reports. The role requires strong Excel skills, ERP experience, and executive-level communication. You will mentor a team and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Adaptive Planning).
• Proven ability to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executives.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
