Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Canadian operations.

This role involves working with diverse internal and external stakeholders, requiring independent judgment to manage a varied workload.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Perform funding and treasury activities
2. Prepare financial and operational reports for various periods
3. Conduct account and system reconciliations
4. Document journal entries and track accruals
5. Ensure compliance with internal audit and review standards
6. Complete client ad-hoc requests promptly
7. Interface with client systems and ensure proper reconciliations
8. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Post-secondary education in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for on-call work after hours
• Proactive, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, real estate software (e.g., ARGUS, MRI), and other relevant tools
• Fluency in French is an asset
