Job Description

The Enterprise Protect Reporting Factory (EPRF) within Platforms & Technology Risk Services, part of Global Risk & Compliance, is responsible for delivering high-quality risk metrics, dashboards, and analytics to executive leadership and SMEs across the organization. Reporting to the Risk Reporting Senior Manager, the candidate will join a high-performing team of Business Intelligence and Risk professionals, utilizing their BI expertise to ensure accurate and complete metrics, and provide data analytics insights.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and planning all relevant information related to technology and cyber risk.
2. Collaborating with business leads to gather and articulate information requirements.
3. Leading reporting enhancement workshops to define and design high-quality metrics and reporting capabilities.
4. Delivering presentations to management and broader audiences.
5. Engaging stakeholders and data providers to validate data quality and integrity.
6. Supporting change management activities and ongoing data analysis requests.
7. Demonstrating expert knowledge of data sources and lineage for reporting data marts.
8. Driving improvements to processes to mitigate risks and enhance service efficiency.
9. Leading data governance efforts within the business risk reporting team.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• Knowledge of technology controls or security domains such as Vulnerability Management, Data Security, Cloud Security, etc.
• Preferred knowledge of financial industry technology controls and security risks.
• Strong prioritization and workload management skills.
• 7+ years’ experience with database technologies in large organizations.
