This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to join a tight-knit team that supports strategic decision-making across multiple operating businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the annual budget and forecasting cycle for the parent company and several portfolio businesses
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze results, and track KPIs
• Deliver actionable insights through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and variance reporting
• Support senior leadership with investment reviews, strategic planning, and operational improvements
• Work closely with accounting and operations to ensure financial integrity across the board
• Assist with cash flow analysis, capital allocation, and performance dashboards

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting
• CPA, CFA, or MBA is an asset (but not a must)
• Strong modeling skills in Excel; bonus if you’ve built tools or dashboards for leadership
• Comfortable juggling multiple entities or business units in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent communicator who can break down complex data for non-financial stakeholders
