You will lead the accounting team, partner with CFO and IT, and shape governance, data integrity, and scalable processes across business units.

Qualifications

• CPA designation and accounting expertise required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience designing scalable finance transformations with analytics/AI.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, IT and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance transformation roadmap.
• Coordinate assessments across Finance and business units to boost efficiency.
• Prepare business cases with investments, benefits, risks and dependencies.
• Partner with the CFO and Finance leaders to set priorities and capacity.
• Lead upgrades or enhancements to key finance systems and technologies.
• Advance analytics with predictive analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Govern data integrity with the Data Analytics & AI team.
• Provide business-focused analysis to CFO and stakeholders.
• Lead the accounting team and evolve roles with HR.
