Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of finance and/or management consulting experience with a focus on finance transformation.
• Minimum 8 years' experience with finance functions (analytics, forecasting, core finance), including operating models and process redesign.
• Minimum 5 years working with Canadian organizations in Banking, Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Natural Resources, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Health, or Public Sector.
• Minimum 5 years leading large, multidisciplinary consulting engagements and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a related business field is usually required.
• Must be willing to travel.
• English is required; role interacts with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries.

• Lead finance transformation engagements; define objectives, prioritize initiatives, and develop transformation roadmaps.
• Strengthen relationships with CFOs and senior finance personnel; develop top talent and drive business development.
• Serve as trusted advisor; apply finance transformation expertise to solve complex business challenges and shape long-term strategies.
• Design future-state finance capabilities with generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Lead end-to-end engagements from opportunity shaping to delivery, while managing economics, risk, and stakeholder satisfaction.
