Element Fleet Management is seeking a Senior Finance Process Excellence and Automation Analyst in Toronto. You will modernize finance shared services by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and automate using AI-enabled solutions.

You will design and deliver dashboards, automate data flows, and partner with finance and cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements while ensuring adoption and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 4–6 years in finance process engineering or related roles.
• Experience in finance or financial services and knowledge of processes.
• Hands-on Alteryx experience; knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL.
• Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prioritize finance process improvements to automate workflows.
• Lead intelligent automation, AI, reporting, and workflow solutions end-to-end.
• Build dashboards and KPIs translating data into actionable insights.
• Measure impact including efficiency, controls, and quality.
• Engage stakeholders across finance and business to maintain momentum.
• Document requirements and support change management.
