Job Description:
The Finance Transformation team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management, Training, and Communications Manager to support the transformation efforts within Finance and the FRP program. This role is instrumental in driving large-scale change, fostering a customer-centric approach, and ensuring the seamless integration of new processes and systems within the finance department, in partnership with Platform and Technology. The position will report dually to the AVP of Finance Transformation and the Sr. Manager of Change Management.
Support the develop and implement of a comprehensive change management strategy for Finance and FRP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Identify and assess the impacts of the transformation on various stakeholders, and create plans to mitigate resistance and enhance acceptance.
Advise on change initiatives across the finance department, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
Aid in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
Build the brand of Finance Transformation through consistent and transparent communication across all levels of the organization, addressing concerns and providing clarity on transformation objectives.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and alignment through all levels of the organization with targeted and specific messaging and strategies.
Develop and implement a communications strategy that are 'outside of the box' to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all aspects of the transformation.
Own and manage our Finance Transformation Hub on TD Central; ensuring that relevant and fresh content are posted regularly.
Create and distribute communication materials related to Finance initiatives, such as emails, presentations, and reports, to convey key messages and updates.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and forums to encourage open dialogue and collaboration among stakeholders
Aid in the design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the finance team, focusing on new systems, processes, and best practices.
Develop training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops, to support the General Ledger transformation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments, and make improvements as necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing large-scale ERP transformation programs, preferably within a finance environment.
Strong background in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Exceptional training and facilitation skills, with experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering value and enhancing user experience.
