Job summary

OpenTable, based in Toronto, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the Enterprise Systems Team. You will drive financial system enhancements, partner with finance, analytics, product, and engineering, and support global business processes and monthly close cycles. Hybrid in-office 2x/week in Toronto.

You will work with ERP and integration platforms, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to compliance and IT SOX controls while improving efficiency across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably with an engineering/technical background.
• 3+ years of finance systems experience.
• Technical skills with ERP, AP automation, AR receivables, travel and expense, O2C, R2R, P2P integration platforms.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting monthly financial close and order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance across financial applications and provide user support for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with finance and engineering to understand requirements and conduct end-to-end integration testing.
• Ensure accuracy and alignment with partner requirements; oversee user acceptance testing.
• Learn and become a system domain expert, identify process-improvement opportunities.
• Ensure incidents are resolved promptly and maintain compliance with IT SOX audits.
